This couple of days had been raining heavily and a lot of places in Sarawak region is flooded. To be prepare, our office also SHOW some respect for the water by trying to block the water from entering our premises. (13/01/2009).We had actually seen the worst flood this year and today is the most fear day as it is the 18th of the Lunar Calendar which we lay men will say the "TUA CHUI".
It's lucky kuching is only drizzling and hopefully every thing will be fine and same for the upcoming Chinese New Year and pray we will not have a "Buffalo" which is in Hokkien, "Chui Gu" or in TeoChew, "Chui Gu-u" and in Hakka, "Shui Ngiu".
